Most knee braces are back around your calf by the third block.
Theo got tired of it. Two straps, three straps — they all slid down, all needed readjusting, all pressed into the back of his knee. So he rebuilt the thing.
The Mrjoint Knee Brace uses four independently adjustable straps and four spiral springs. It holds without being cranked tight — and it gives something back when you stand.
- ✓It stays where you put it. Double-layer silicone strips grip both wide straps, so you are not stopping halfway through a walk to pull it back up.
- ✓It helps you up. Four spiral springs — two per side — store energy as your knee bends and release it as you straighten. Getting off the couch takes less out of you.
- ✓It holds without squeezing. Four anchor points instead of two, so support comes from the structure, not from cranking the straps tighter.
- ✓It disappears under your pants. Open behind the knee — nothing bunches, nothing traps heat, so you can leave it on all day.
Excellent support and adjustable fit
"The cross-strapping design and reinforced side supports lock it perfectly in place — no sliding, no bunching, no readjusting mid-activity. Once it's on, it stays on. If you've struggled with braces that slip or overheat, this one solves both problems."
Finally, a knee brace that stays put
"Very nice brace and very comfortable. I received this yesterday and have taken several walks and even went out and hit a bucket of golf balls at the range. Definitely can feel the difference. Stays in place very well. Glad I purchased this brace."
Honest take
"Not a miracle — but good support, and it stays where I put it. Helps manage the discomfort, though it is not a cure. For what it costs, I would buy it again."

Two straps. Three straps. Same problem.
What a conventional brace does, and what this one does instead
A conventional brace anchors in two or three places. Everything in between has to be held by squeezing — which is why the only way to make it hold tighter is to make it hurt more.
Mrjoint anchors in four. Support comes from the structure, not from the squeeze, so it can hold firmly without cutting into you.
Most braces also run a strap straight across the back of the knee. Mrjoint leaves that space open — nothing bunches when you bend, and nothing traps heat when you wear it for hours.
The slim profile is designed to sit under your pants without a visible bulge.
Different by design — here’s where

EVA Patella Ring Pad
A thickened EVA pad rings the kneecap instead of covering it, spreading pressure across the patella rather than concentrating it in one spot. Kneeling on a hard floor stops biting.

Double-Layer Silicone Grip Strips
Wave-pattern silicone runs along both wide straps, gripping the leg instead of sliding on it — so you are not readjusting it at the gym, on a hike, on the bike, or halfway through a walk.

360° Four-Strap Cross-Torsion Wrap
Four independently adjustable straps wrap the knee from four anchor points, pulling against each other. The support comes from the structure — which is why it can hold firmly without being cranked tight.

Honeycomb Ventilation and Wicking Liner
Perforations across the shell release heat, and a separate inner liner pulls sweat away from the skin. Designed to stay wearable through a full day.

Four Spiral Spring Stabilizers
Two flexible metal springs on each side. Side to side, they resist the knee rolling inward or outward. Front to back, they store energy as the knee bends and release it as you straighten — so standing up takes less out of you.

Four-Strap Anatomical Fit
One wide strap and one narrow strap above the kneecap, and the same below. Each adjusts independently, so you can re-set one without undoing the rest.
Built by someone who got tired of knee braces.
Built by someone who got tired of knee braces.
Theo was a track and field athlete. After a knee injury, he went through the braces everyone goes through:
- They slid down mid-activity
- They needed constant readjusting
- They pressed into the back of the knee
- They were hot, bulky, and obvious under clothes
- The only way to make them hold was to make them hurt
So he stopped looking for a better brace and started designing one. Four straps instead of two. Four springs instead of a rigid strip. An open back instead of a strap across it.
Over 100,000 braces sold since. Different by design.

How To Use Mrjoint Knee Brace
How To Use Mrjoint Knee Brace
How To Use Mrjoint Knee Brace
Three steps:
Step 1
Open it flat and wrap it on
The brace opens flat — you do not pull it on over your foot. Lay it around the knee so the patella opening sits centred over your kneecap, with the springs running down each side.
Step 2
Fasten the two lower straps, then the two upper
Work from the bottom up. Each pair has one wide strap and one narrow one. Firm, not tight — you are looking for the point where it holds without you having to pull harder.
Step 3
Bend your knee once, then adjust
Bend the knee fully and stand back up. If anything shifts or pinches, loosen and re-set that strap. Because the four straps adjust independently, you can fix one without undoing the rest.
What Our Customers Say
Reviews from verified customers of the Mrjoint Knee Brace. Unedited.

I wore this for about a month because my left knee felt weak and unstable, especially going downstairs or getting out of the car. Honestly, it helped more than I expected. Even after I stopped using it, my knee still feels stronger. The multiple Velcro straps let you fine-tune the support.

I have a small meniscus tear and get pain when running. Got this brace for extra support, and combined with supplements, it helps reduce discomfort during activity. Planning to buy another for my other knee and keep one for travel.

Exactly what I needed. It stays in place and comes with clear instructions. The company also has helpful videos showing how to use it properly. Makes a big difference in my day—highly recommend it.

This brace exceeded my expectations. The Velcro holds strong and doesn't peel off. Once I set the straps, they stay put all day. The material is soft and doesn't irritate my skin. I've worn it daily for a month and it still looks good. The adjustable straps let you control pressure exactly where needed. Would buy again.

Really like this brace. I hurt my knee before and this gives me the support I need. Fits me well.

Turned 40 and thought I could still play volleyball like before… bad idea. Fell hard on my knee and thought I broke something. Got this brace after reading reviews and it really helped during recovery. I like that it wraps around instead of pulling on. Straps are strong and stay in place. Just don't over-tighten like I did lol. Great support overall.

Fits perfectly and doesn't slide down thanks to the layered straps.

Easy to put on and fairly comfortable, but I wish it had more stability and support.

Helped with my meniscus strain. The 4-strap design makes it easy to adjust, and the side support works well for ligaments.

Best brace I've owned so far. Been using it after my knee gave out and caused a meniscus issue. It's comfortable, supportive, and holds up well even after months of use. Easy to put on and adjust. Way better than other braces I've tried.
